Chateau Mon Coeur is one of the Hunter Valley’s newest and most elegant vineyard wedding venues. As such, we are uniquely positioned to make your dream day come true:

We can currently offer availability over a range of dates in the short and longer term, along with the flexibility to re-schedule your special event if required*.

We can work with some of the Hunter Valley’s best suppliers to design a bespoke and unforgettable wedding. Our team have the wedding and event management experience to ensure your day runs seamlessly.

We are located at the heart of the famous Lovedale region, where a choice of excellent accommodation venues lies within easy reach.

Our beautiful vineyard site can accommodate an open-air event, a marquee or a combination of both. Permanent facilities include restrooms, food preparation areas, attractive landscaping, safe parking and of course our cellar door / bar area with extensive deck. If you are planning an open-air event, we can also make our barrel room available as a wet weather backup plan.

CEREMONY

You can choose your ceremony location from the following two options…

THE VINEYARD (Option 1)

The Vineyard paddock encompasses sweeping vineyard views, surrounded by nature!

Sitting in the shade of giant gum trees, it’s the perfect spot to say ‘I do’ in natures’ cathedral.

Inclusions:

• Exclusive use of vineyard area and property

• 40 white chairs

• Signing table and chairs + 2 wine barrels

• PA system with wireless microphone

• Pop up Bars/Market Umbrellas

• Guest parking

• Bathroom facilities

Site fee inc setup as above: $2500

Beverage & canapé package on-site: from $60pp, including canapés and sparkling/beer (staffing fees extra, depending on numbers / time)

THE OPEN AIR CHAPEL (Option 2)

The Chapel is nestled next door to the Chardonnay vineyard with views of the Brokenback Ranges.

Inclusions:

• Exclusive use of the vineyard and property

• Open Air Chapel

• Bench seating for 80 guests/Chairs

• Signing table and chairs + 2 wine barrels

• Surround sound system for ceremony music with wireless microphone

• Pop up Bars/Market Umbrellas

• Guest parking

• Bathroom facilities

Site fee inc setup as above: $3500

Beverage & canapé package on-site: From $60pp, including canapés and sparkling/beer (staffing fees extra, depending on numbers / time)

RECEPTION

THE MARQUEE

Chapel Mon Coeur partners with KataLane Marquees and tents. Packages start from $5000 for 50-60 pax. There is a range of packages and options available and we can provide bespoke quotes. These include tables and chairs and other styling items.

THE DECK

If you would prefer a small outdoors option, we can cater for an outdoor reception on the large deck leading from our cellar door. Sit down or cocktail options available in this space. Our winery barrel room available for wet weather option.

THE FEAST

Chapel Mon Coeur have exclusive caterers. Packages starting from $79pp include wait staff, cutlery, crockery and set up.

• Canapés & 2 courses $79pp

• Canapés & 3 courses $85pp

• Grazing Boards from $1200-1800 depending on numbers and other food available around $25pp from Miss May Picnics

THE DRINKS

We have a range of options available from on consumption or 5-9hr packages from $48-60pp.

• Bottled Beer/Soft Drinks and Sparkling Water are available with all options.

• Glassware is included in all drinks packages.

• Bar staff charged separately at $500* for every 50 guests.

*Includes Domaine de Binet cellar door bar or pop up bars.

THE FLOWERS 

Chapel Mon Coeur partners with local florist Yeng Tan floral and packages can be provided in a bespoke quote.

THE TUNES 

Chapel Mon Coeur can supply a list of local and metro bands and DJ’s as well as acoustic performers to bring the ambiance to your day.

THE PHOTOS

Chapel Mon Coeur partners with MJK Creative and Photography on Hermitage. Photography packages can be supplied.

EVENT COORDINATION

Chapel Mon Coeur can provide a team of professionals to assist you in the planning and running of your wedding. Coordination on the day of your wedding will cost approx. $1500.

Cost includes liaison with suppliers, set up/pack down and run sheet.

WINEMAKERS COTTAGE

The Winemakers Cottage can accommodate 10 people (5 couples) and temporary bedding for children and teenagers can be provided. Maximum 14pax $150 per adult and $50 per child. Enquiries please email info@binetfamilywines.com.au
